The Barneveld region is very suitable for recreational horse riding! Equestrian sport is very popular and our region is home to several riding schools. Barneveld and certainly the centres of Garderen, Stroe, Voorthuizen, De Glind, Kootwijk and Kootwijkerbroek offer horse lovers beautiful riding trails. With the Veluwe as a backdrop, the various trails make for an unforgettable experience. At various points, there are catering establishments where both the four-legged friend and the rider can relax.
Besides the aforementioned centres of Barneveld, there are of course also beautiful trails in the neighbouring municipalities such as Ermelo, Putten and Apeldoorn. Enjoy the horse ride!
